I recently graduated with a First in MEng Design Engineering from Imperial College London, The Dyson School of Design Engineering. I thrive at the intersection of technical engineering and creative human-centered design. Armed with a foundation in design thinking, rapid prototyping, and user research, I am experienced with working in, and leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.

I am based in London but grew up in Malaysia. The things I miss most about it are the sun, the food, and my family. Which is why I love sketching or painting outdoors, and trying new recipes to recreate the flavours back home!

Other fun facts: (1) I was in an a cappella group at uni, and (2) my chinese name [秀娴: pronounced "siew sian"] in theory, represents elegance, but in all honesty, "elegant" would not make it to the top fifty traits I'd begin to describe myself with.
